How to Order

Step 1
Simple email us with the following template to carnation.bout@gmail.com.
Subject: Order - [Your name]

For multiple order, repeat the following

A invoice with payment details will be email to you.

Step 2
We accept payment via
POSB/DBS Internet Banking / ATM Transfers.
Please check your invoice for the account number to make payment.

For internet banking, please provide as with your IB nickname and date/time of transfer.
For ATM Transfer, please provide us with the date/time of your transfer and snapshot of your receipt for verification.

Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within 24 hours.

Step 3
Once payment is verified,all instock items will be despatched within 3 working days
and pre-order items will take extra 1 - 2 weeks after payment.

For pre-order status, we will update the delivery dates on our pre-order status page upon reception of the stocks.

Delivery Information

All parcels are delivered by Singpost.

There will be no meetups or self collections.

All prices is inclusive of normal mail.

To prevent the events of lost mail, RAPHORA only send out registered parcel and absorb the extra cost.

Once your order has been processed and despatched, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email.

Pre-order products

Order Status

No cancellation of orders after payment is made. Items will arrive in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Full refund will be made in case of sold out items or wrong items delivered.

Terms & Conditions

All goods sold are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only allowed for incorrect items or items with defects, item/s must be returned in brand new condition.

Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the despatch date. Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item/s.
We will provide a one to one replacement of the item purchase. In the event that the item is no longer available,we will allow a change to another item of same value or full refund will be made.

Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and we will mail the new item back via normal / registered mail to you. Postage charges will be beared by RAPHORA.

Measurements may vary with an measurement allowance of 0.5" to 1" difference.

The color of an item may vary slight from featured image due to the difference between individual computer screen resolutions.
